Nestled away in the stunning Shire at West Haven gated community, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms, a private pool, and a games room. The living room has a comfortable leather L-shaped sofa, recliner, and large flat screen TV—perfect for watching all your favorite movies on. The kitchen is a good size, and it has black appliances and granite countertops. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it’s time to do, you can do so at either the breakfast nook in the kitchen, which seats up to four, or at the formal dining table, which seats up to eight people.
Let’s talk about some of the fun things you can do in this vacation home. First off, head to back of house, and you’ll notice a large, awesome pool for everyone to cool off in. There’s also a spa to relax in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool. And for those who want to be outside, but out of the sun, there is a covered lanai with plenty of seating underneath it. There’s also a balcony on the second floor with seating and sunbeds. Want something fun to do indoors? Head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.<br>
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds, which are great for younger children.

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies.
