Visit the Shire at West Haven, a gated community, our vacation home has 5 bedrooms, a private pool, and a games room. The living room has a comfortable seating and TV—perfect spot to be tempted by the pool. The kitchen is a good size, and it has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. We have extra seating at the small breakfast bar in the kitchen, or the large formal dining area, which seats up to 8.
This vacation home has an open plan ground floor, leading you to the rear where you have the pool for everyone to cool off in . There’s also a spa to relax in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds. Should you wish to be outside, but out of the sun, there is a covered lanai with some seating underneath it. Want something fun to do indoors? Head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a full-size pool table and an air hockey table.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is the guest master with another king-sized bed. The third bedroom is downstairs, and has a queen bed. Two further bedrooms upstairs have two twin beds in each, which are perfect for the younger guests.
FREE Wi-Fi. Pool Heat optional for a fee , which is recommended in the cooler months (Oct-March)
Driveway parking for 2 cars. No overnight street parking is permitted by the HOA and Towing is enforced.
There is a Community clubhouse, with fitness room, Community pool and tennis courts for use for guests on The Shire.
The community is within easy reach of all the main attractions from Champions Gate - Exit 58 of I-4, enabling you to drive to the parks and Central Florida.
Champions Gate also has the Publix supermarket for groceries plus many food chains and restaurants for a wide choice of food including Asian, Mexican, American steaks / burgers, plus newly opened Outback, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and Longhorns to name a few.
The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping, Cinema and Best Buy being is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
